By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Early access
Early access is limited and invitation-based. An application does not guarantee acceptance, product access, launch timing, particular features, availability, or continued participation. Kiasa may accept, decline, pause, or close applications at any time.
3. Design partner applications
The design partner programme has limited capacity and is separate from general early access. If selected, participation will be governed by a separate written agreement covering the pilot scope, confidentiality, data access, feedback, intellectual property, duration, and termination. That signed agreement will prevail for the programme.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass its security, introduce malicious code, collect information without authority, impersonate another person, or interfere with the rights of Kiasa or others.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
The Kiasa name, brand, website content, product concepts, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Kiasa. No rights are transferred except where expressly agreed in writing. If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, Kiasa may use them to evaluate, improve, and develop its products without transferring ownership of your existing data or materials.
